The week started out with a bang! Monday’s anti-bully assembly was filled with thrilling BMX bike tricks and a message of kindness and respect. Some of our teachers even got into the action! Thanks to our PTA for providing us with such a wonderful event.

On Tuesday night, we had our first Advisory School Board meeting. We are so fortunate to have a group of dedicated individuals who are volunteering their time and talents for our school! We look forward to working with each of them! We also thank our Superintendent, Dr. Schmidt, and Associate Director of Development and Operations, Mr. Knowles, for joining us for an informative evening.

In Science class, our 5th Graders are classifying and identifying leaves and are definitely enjoying being scientists!

Our 4th Graders continued the tradition of creating their own beautiful Rosary Beads which will be blessed by our Friars. They are truly unique and creative pieces.

Our 3rd Graders completed their Penguin Study at Jenkinson’s Aquarium and adopted a penguin! They adopted Lilo and got a surprise visit from Saba, because Lilo was still molting! The students also created their own conservation posters which are now hanging in the lobby of the aquarium! We can’t thank the aquarium staff enough for all they have taught our students!

Meet Lilo!                             Conservation Posters                 Saba and the 3rd Grade        Mrs. Kobrin & Mrs. Ginetto having fun, too!

The 2nd Graders and 8th Graders decorated pumpkins for their Prayer Partner activity and had such a great time! Their creations were amazing, and they had such a fun time together!

Our precious PreK 3 students showed off their costumes to the entire school this morning while Monster Mash played over the loudspeaker!

Today’s Halloween Parade was huge hit! The whole school marched around the block and our teachers and staff dressed as Superheroes – which they really are!!!

Blessings! Mrs. Kobrin
