Saint Peter School adheres to the guidelines as specified in the National Catechetical Directory which states that “Curricula should be properly sequenced presenting essential truths in a manner appropriate to the abilities of the age group.” The areas of catechesis are God, Sacraments, Church, Prayer/Worship, Moral Life and Scripture.

The school aims to deepen student faith, to enable students to “hear” the Gospel message, and to help students to “live” the Gospel message throughout life, service, and worship.

“Christian education is intended to make one’s faith become living, conscience and active through the light of instruction.”
